                   Ingredients:


  1.3 cup cottage cheese

  1.2 teaspoon honey

  1.2 ripe avocado smashed

  1 slice sourdough bread toasted 

  1 tablespoon sunflower nuts and-or                   roasted pumpkin seeds

  1.8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flaker

  salt and freshly ground black pepper to        taste






                    Directions:


  Step.1

Prepare avocado by (slicing) and spreading it on toast (avocado toast)


  Step.2

And put (paneer) on top, then sprinkle dry fruits, seeds, crushed (red chilli powder), black pepper as per taste, and (salt) and (honey) on top!


  Step.3

And serve it immediately, full enjoy
