     Ingredients

      
      1 Teaspoon Seasoned Salt
       
      1 Egg

      2 Teblespoons All Purpose Flour

      1.2 Teaspoon Ground Black Papper
         
      30 Saltine Crackers
  
      2 Teblespoons Dry Potato Flakes

      2 Cup Vegetable Oil For Frving

      6 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast  
      Halves

       Step.1

       Place The Crackers in a Large (Resealable) Plastic Bag And (Seal The Bag) And (Crush) The Crackers by (Rolling) Them Until They Become Thick (Crumbs) Add (Flour Potato) Pieces and (Spicy Salt) and Black Pepper and Mix Well.






      Step.2

    Beat The Eggs in a (Shallow Dish) or (     Bowl), Dip The Chicken Pieces (One by   One) in The Egg, Then Place in The (Crumb   Mixture) Bag, Seal The (Bag), And Shake to     Coat.






     Step.3

     Heat The Oil in a eep Fryer or Large       Skillet to 350 Degrees (175 Degrees     Fahrenheit).

     Fry The Chicken (Turn Frequently) Until  
  Golden Brown And The Juices Run Clear (15 to 20 Mins)
