       Ingredients:

        6 ounces prosciutto) 

        1 Pound Pork Tenderloin)
  
        1 Tablespoon Olive Or More As Needed)

        Salt and Ground Black Pepper To Taste)

        1 Bunch Fresh Sage Leaves Removed
           And Stems Discarded Divided) 


      Directions:

   

        Step.1

         First, Preheat the Oven to (355                 Degrees)  F (180 Degrees) C.

  

         Step.2

(Lightly Season) the (Pork With Salt) And (Pepper), Garnish the (Tenderline) With 6 (Sage Leaves) (Wrap the (Prosciutto) Around the (Tenderline) and Sage, Overlapping the Prosciutto Slightly, Wrap in (Plastic) Wrap and let the (Prosciutto) set on the Pork (Tenderline) for 7 to 10 Minutes (Refrigerator) Remove (Plastic) Wrap


          Step.3

     Heat Olive oil in a Pan Over Low Heat, Fry Prosciutto in Hot oil Until Crispy and Slightly Brown all Over (9 to 10 Minutes), Transfer Prosciutto to a Breading Dish, Reserving oil in pan


          Step.4

Bake the Tenderloin in a Preheated Oven Until the Pork is Cooked Through (About 18 to 20 Minutes). An Instant-Read Thermometer Inserted in the Oven Should Read at Least 145 to 150 F (63 C).


          Step.5

Heat The Remaining Oil in a Pan on Low Flame. Fry the Remaining Sage Leaves (add oil as Per Your Requirement) Till They Become Crispy (About 5 Minutes).

   (Slice The Tenderloin) And Serve With (Crispy) and (Sage Leaves),
