Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter melted
vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic thinly sliced
4 (5 ounce cod fillets
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 (6 ounce) packages sugar snap peas
1 medium orange cut into wedges

Grease the air fryer basket with vegetable oil and preheat it to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)

Mix the sesame seeds and butter together in a small bowl! Set aside 2 tablespoons of the butter mixture for the fish! Mix the garlic and peas with the remaining butter mixture, and place in the air fryer basket!

Cook the peas in the preheated air fryer, stirring occasionally if needed, until soft and cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes! Remove and keep the peas warm while the fish cooks

Spread half of the remaining butter mixture over the fish. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 4 minutes, then flip the fish. Spread the remaining butter mixture over the fish and cook for about 6 minutes, or until the fish flakes when tested with a fork.

Serve with orange wedges and snap peas. Full enjoy
