Taco Chili from Publix

                  Ingredients:


  2 (10 ounce cans diced tomatoes and                  green chiles undrained

  1 (15 ounce can kidney beans undrained

  1 (15.5 ounce can hominy drained 

  1 (15 ounce can chili beans in sauce                    undrained

  1 (15.25 ounce can southwest style corn            with peppers drained

  1 (10 ounce can mild enchilada sauce

  1.2 pounds ground beef

  1 (1 ounce packet taco seasoning mix








                     Directions:


  Step.1

Heat a large (nonstick) sauté (pan) over medium heat for 3 minutes? then add the (beef) to the pan, let it brown for about 6 or 7 minutes? and stir the (meat) to incorporate (shreds), and until no longer (pink)? add the taco (seasoning), and remove (meat) from the pan?


  Step.2

Add the remaining (ingredients) to the (slow cooker), add the (meat), and (close) the lid. Cook for 6 to 7 hours on high or 3 to 4 hours on low. Serve it after that.
