                   Ingredients:


  2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  1 large red bell pepper diced

  1 (14.5 ounce can white beans drained              and rinsed

  2 tablespoons barbeque sauce

  2 ears corn kernels cut from cod 

  4 green onions chopped 

  2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to           taste





 

                    Directions:


  Step.1

In a large bowl add rice vinegar, barbecue sauce and oil and whisk till smooth. Add white beans, red bell pepper, corn kernels and green onion and mix everything. Keep it covered in the fridge for about 1 hour 50 minutes.
