Ingredients:
1.4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
4 slices bacon
3.4 cup water
1 small red onion thinky sliced
1 pound brussels sprouts trimmed halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
1.2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese or to taste

Step.1
Place the bacon in a large deep skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove the bacon but discard the drippings, and place the bacon pieces on a paper towel-lined plate. Shred when cool.
Step.2
Heat (oil) over medium heat, add salt and stir (onion) until soft, about 4 to 5 minutes! Add Dijon mustard and (water)! And cook over medium-high (heat), stirring, until water starts to boil! And scrape pan to break up any browned bits in (water)! Add Brussels sprouts and vinegar!
Cook, stirring often, until (Brussels sprouts) are tender, about 4 to 5 minutes! Top with bacon and (Gorgonzola cheese) crumbles, and serve immediately!
