Ingredients:
3 apples cut into chunks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 pears cut into chunks
1.2 cup water
1.4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Step.1
Heat a (saucepan) over medium heat, and add the apples, pears, water and (vanilla extract) to the hot pan! Cover the fruit mixture and bring it to a boil for about 8 to 10 minutes, and then (remove the lid) cook until most of the liquid (evaporates) and (the fruit) is soft, about 12 to 15 minutes more!
Step.2
Remove the skillet from the heat and transfer the fruit mixture and the remaining liquid to a food processor. Process until smooth and add the cinnamon. Serve hot. Refrigerate for up to 4 days if desired.
