Zucchini Soup

                  Ingredients:


  2 pounds zucchini cut into chunks

  1 teaspoon salt

  1.2 cup butter

  1 (15 ounce can chicken broth

  1 teaspoon curry powder






                    Directions:


  Step.1

Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat. Add the chicken broth, zucchini, curry powder, and salt to the pot, and cook until the zucchini is cooked through, about 13 to 15 minutes.


  Step.2

Pour the soup into the (blender), and fill it no more than halfway? Cover with the lid, and swirl a few times before (blending) And puree on the bench until (smooth)
