Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce jar salsa
3 tablespoons Chopped fresh cilantro
1 (1.25 ounce package dry taco Seasoning mix
3 pounds skinless boneless chicken thighs
1 medium lime juiced
Directions:
Step.1
Mix (salsa), taco (seasoning), and (lime) juice (coriander) well in slow cooker.
Add chicken and pour over (salsa mixture) and mix.

Cover and cook until the center of the chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear (7 to 8 hours) on low or 3 to 4 hours on high, and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center registers at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
