Ingredients:
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup beef bouillon
2 large green bell pepper roughly
1 teaspoon white sugar
3.4 teaspoon garlic powder or to taste
1.2 cup Chopped onion
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 (14.5 ounce can stewed tomatoes with liquid
2 pounds beef sirloin cut into 2 inch strips
1.2 cup hot water
Directions:
Step.1
In a large skillet over medium heat || Heat vegetable oil || Sprinkle garlic powder over the beef and sirloin strips || And sear the beef strips for about 5 to 6 minutes on each side || Place in a slow cooker ||
Step.2
In a separate (container) mix the bouillon (cube) with hot (water) till it (washes) || then add corn starch || till it (washes) ||
Step.3
In slow cooker (beef strips) and onion green chillies
and boiled || tomatoes (soy sauce) and (sugar)
add salt and stir ||
Step.4
Cover and cook on (low flame) for (7 to 8) hours ||
OR cook on (high flame) for (3 to 4) hours
