            Ingredients:


    1.2 teaspoon salt

    1.4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

    1 tablespoons melted unsalted butter

    1.4 teaspoon garlic powder

    8 ounces baby gold potatoes

    Chopped fresh parsley for garnish                  optional




                Directions:


         Step.1

First preheat the air fryer to (400 degrees) F (200 degrees) C.


        Step.2

Place (potatoes) in (microwave safe) bowl and cook on (high heat) for (about 5) minutes until soft.


         Step.3

Place the (potatoes) on the (baking sheet) ? and using the bottom of a small 
(glass)
and gently (break them) up to (2.3 or) (1.2 inches) (thick) ? and the more you (thin flatten) the (potatoes) the more (crispy) they will be.


         Step.4

Apply (melted) (butter) over mashed potatoes ? Add (garlic powder) (pepper) and salt ?


         Step.5

Place (potatoes) in an even layer in the (basket) of (air fryer) ? Cook until (golden) and (crisp) about (8 to 10) minutes ? And (garnish) with (parsley) 
and serve hot?
