               Ingredients:


   4 eggs 

   1.3 cups milk

   4 teaspoons boking powder 

   1.2 cup butter 

   2.3 cup margarine

   1.2 teaspoon salt

   3 cups fresh peacher pitted and sliced

   1.3 cups white sugar

   2 teaspoon vanilla extract

   2 cups light brown sugar

   1.3 cups all purpose flour 

   1 teaspoon ground cinnamon




                 Directions:


   Step.1

Preheat (oven) to (350 degrees) F (175 degrees) C ? Use (pan) about 10 inches with deep (rims) ? Or wrap (aluminum foil) around the outside of a 10-inch (springform) pan to prevent leaking ? And (sift) together the flour (baking powder) (cinnamon) and salt ? And set (set) aside ?


    Step.2

Mix (brown sugar) and (1.2 cups butter) in a saucepan over (low heat) ? let it boil then pour over the bottom of a (springform) pan ? and sprinkle chopped (peaches) ?


     Step.3

In a large bowl, beat together (white sugar) and (2.3 cups
margarine) until (light) and fluffy? Add (eggs) one at a time and then add (vanilla)? Add flour mixture alternately with (milk) (beat)? Pour batter over (caramel) and
(fruit) in pan?


    Step.4

Bake in the preheated (oven) for about 85 to 90 minutes ? or until a (toothpick) inserted in the center of the (cake) comes out clean ? and let (cool) in the pan for 9 to 10 minutes ? and then turn onto a (serving plate) and remove the pan ? be very careful of the hot (caramel) and fruit juices ? and serve (hot) ?
