Syracuse Salt Potatoes

                  Ingredients:


  1.2 cups fine salt

  8 tablespoons butter melted

  4 pounds  new potatoes







                      Directions:


   Step.1

Wash (the potatoes) and keep them (on the side)


   Step.2

Fill a large (vessel) with (water) and add (salt)? Add and stir till it (dissolves) completely? And put (potatoes) in (vessel) and let it boil? Reduce the flame and cook for about 12 to 15 minutes until (potatoes) become soft and (hard)? (Drain) the water, cover and keep warm and let a (layer) of (salt) form


  Step.3

Melt the (butter) in a small pan over (medium heat) and (high heat) or place in (microwave)? Sprinkle the (butter) over the hot (potatoes)
