Ingredients:
3.4 cup diced cooked ham
1.3 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon ground white or black pepper or to taste
1.2 teaspoon salt or to taste
5 tablespoons all purpose flour
2.3 cups peeled and diced potatoes
1.3 cup diced celery
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
5 tablespoons butter
3.4 cups water
2 cups milk
Directions:
Step.1
Combine (water), celery, (onion), ham, and (potatoes) in a (stockpot) ?
Bring to a boil, and cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender, 12 to 15 minutes ? (Chicken Bouillon) Add salt and pepper, and stir ?

Melt the butter in another (other sachet pan) over medium-low heat? Add the flour, and cook, stirring, until it thickens, about 1 to 2 minutes? Add the milk, and cook, stirring, until it thickens, about 5 minutes?

Pour the milk mixture into the stockpot and cook and stir until hot.
