Cream Of Celery Soup

                  Ingredients:


  1.2 pound carrots julienned

  1 cup all purpose flour

  1 teaspoon ground white pepper

  3 quarts chicken stock

  1.2 pound onions chopped

  3 pounds celery coarsely chopped

  3 quarts hot milk

  1 tablespoon salt

  1 cup butter








                   Directions:


  Step.1

Pour (chicken stock) into a large pot, and bring to a boil? Add onion, celery, and (carrots) to the pot?


  Step.2

Whisk together pepper, salt, flour and (milk) in a bowl and add to the pot along with (butter)


  Step.3

and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, and then strain the (vegetables) through a sieve; and or use an (immersion) blender to put the (vegetables) into the soup?
