The Best Pineapple Cucumber Salad

                  Ingredients:


  2 green onions thinly sliced

  3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint

  2 tablespoons sesame oil

  1 lime zested

  1.2 pineapple peeled cored and cut into chunks

  3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro

  1 english cucumber quartered lengthwise and cut into

  1 tablespoon fish sauce 

  2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 

  3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

  1 tablespoon brown sugar or to taste






                   Directions:


  Step.1

In a large bowl, add green onion (cucumber), pineapple, mint and coriander!


  Step.2

Whisk together sesame oil, chili sauce, lime zest, lime juice, and fish sauce, and add the (brown sugar) 1 tablespoon at a time until the dressing is the desired sweetness! Pour the (chili dressing) over the (pineapple) mixture, and mix well!
