                Ingredients:


  1.2 cup mayonnaise

  1.4 cup oilve oil

  salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

  1.2 ya 2 pounds yukon gold potatoes peeled and halved

  1.3 cup white wine vinegar

  4 cloves garlic peeled and sliced

  1.2 cup chopped cornichons

  1 teaspoon sambal oelek (thai chile pasta) or plain hot sauce

  1 cup washed and cut mustard greens 

 





                   Directions:


  Step.1

In a large pot boil the garlic and potatoes in salted water until soft for about 18 to 20 minutes! Drain the water and let it cool to room temperature! Throw away the garlic!


  Step.2

In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, olive oil, and sambal oelek. Add salt and pepper to taste.


  Step.3

Place the cut potatoes in a large bowl, add the cornichons, mustard leaves and mayonnaise mixture, toss to coat, cover and refrigerate for about 50 to 60 minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste.
