1 cup all purpose flour
1.4 teaspoon salt or to taste
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 large egg
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped fresh strawberries

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, brown sugar, and salt. Add the milk, vanilla, oil, and egg, and mix until well combined. Add the strawberries.

Grease a large skillet or griddle, and heat it over medium heat.

Pour the batter onto the pan with a tablespoon, and cook until bubbles form and the edges dry, about 2 minutes! Flip and cook until the other side is done, about 2 minutes! Repeat with the remaining batter!
