                  Ingredients:


  2 eggs

  1 pinch salt

  1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese softened

  1.4 cup mixed frozen berries slightly thawed 

  2 tablespoons all purpose flour

  2 teaspoons honey 

  2 tablespoons milk 

  2 tablespoons butter divided 

  1.2 cup confectioners sugar

  1 tablespoon confectioners, sugar or as needed





                   Directions:


  Step.1

Combine flour, eggs, milk, salt, and honey in a bowl and make a smooth batter!


  Step.2

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a nonstick crepe pan over medium heat, and heat until foam disappears. Pour about 2 tablespoons of batter into the pan, swirl to cover the bottom of the pan with a thin layer of batter. Cook until the crepes are thin enough to be cooked through, about 1 minute; flip and cook the other side for 1 minute. Repeat with additional butter and crepe mix, making 4 crepes. Set the crepes aside on paper towels.


  Step.3

Prepare the creamy spread by mixing (cream cheese) with 1.2 cups (confectioners sugar) in a bowl! And mix (berries) very gently! Spread the cream cheese filling evenly on (crepes), and (roll)! And refrigerate until (chilled)


  Step.4

And cut into 1 inch pieces (for serving)! Full enjoy
