            Ingredients:


        2 Cups cubed chicken

        3 tablespoons unsalted butter 

        1 small onion diced

        1.2 cup israeli couscous

        3 tablespoons all purpose flour

        3 carrots choppod

        6 cup low sodium chicken broth

        Salt and freshly ground black pepper

        1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or             as needed for garnish




             Directions:


            Step.1

Boil (chicken) and broth in a (pot) on (low flame) || and add (chicken couscous) salt and (black)
(pepper) chopped (carrot) and onion ||


            Step.2

In a small (glass) bowl (microwave) the (butter) until it (melts) (about 28 to 30 seconds) and beat in the flour well (until smooth).


             Step.3

Add the (raks) to the (shorba) || and cook till it thickens a little (about 8 to 10) Garnish with mint || and (parsley) and serve immediately ||
