            Ingredients:


        1 tablespoon oil from sun dried tomato
          jar divided

        4 teaspoons chopped Fresh basil plus               more for garnish (optional

        1 teaspoon garlic powder

        3 cups 3 ounces packed roughly                          chopped fresh baby spinach 

        2 teaspoons kosher salt

        3 tablespoons tomato paste

        1 cup heavy whipping cream 

       4 medium garlic cloves minced about 4             teaspoons

       1.2 teaspoons dried italian seasoning

       8 ounces uncooked medium shell pasta
         about 3 cups

       8 ounces cream cheese cubed at room              tepmerature about 1 cup 

       1.4 teaspoon crushed red pepper plus                  more for garnish

       1.2 cups chopped 1.4 inch) yellow onion 
            From 1 medium (8 ounce onion 

       2 cups shreded rotisserie chicken 

       1.2 cup drained julienne cut sun dried 
          tomatoes packed in oil with herbs                  from 1) 8.5 ounce jar) 

       2 (32 ounce packages chicken broth (8                 cups

      1.2 cup ounces parmesan cheese finely
          Shredded (about 1.2 cup plus more                  for garnish



     

              Directions:


            Step.1

In a large Dutch oven (heat the sun-dried tomatoes) add the garlic and onion and cook, stirring often, until soft, about 4 to 5 minutes.


            Step.2

Add tomato (paste) and (sun)dried || and cook || stirring continuously till (tomato) (paste) turns dark red || (about) 2 to 3 minutes


             Step.3

Add (garlic) powder and (crushed) red pepper Italian
(spice basil) salt and (cream broth) || and bring to a boil on low (flame) || and keep stirring (in between) || (for about 10 to 12 minutes


              Step.4

Add (pasta) to it and reduce (the flame to medium) || And (cook) while stirring occasionally till the pasta is cooked for (10 to 12) minutes ||


               Step.5

(Slow flame) Add chicken, (cream cheese, spinach) and (parmesan) cheese and cook while stirring continuously || until (cream cheese) and parmesan
(melt) || and chicken is completely hot || about 4 to 5 minutes ||


               Step.6 

Garnish with (basil) and (red pepper) additional (Parmesan) and serve immediately.
