Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil or as desired
2.3 cup all purpose flour
2 cups Seasoned bread crumbs
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon ground Papraki
6 chicken breasts cut in half lenghtwise butterflied
2 large eggs beaten
1 large lemon zested
Directions
Step.1
Preheat oven to (425°) F (220°) C || Place aluminum file on a large baking sheet and drizzle olive oil over the foil || Place baking sheet in the oven and preheat it.
Step.2
(Chicken Breast) placed on a solid flat board between two sheets of (plastic) wrap, firmly (beat) both sides with (smooth side) of a meat mallet to (1.4 inch) (thickness) || Sprinkle (pepper)
and salt ||

In one bowl mix (paprika) and (flour) together. In another bowl beat (salt) (pepper) and (egg) together. And in the third bowl mix (bread crumbs) and (lemon) peel together.
Step.4
Coat one (piece of (chicken) in flour (shake off excess) dip in beaten egg (lift up so that (excess) egg drips back into the bowl) and press to coat both sides with (bread crumbs) Place chicken and breaded pieces on a (plate) without (stacking) Do the same with the remaining chicken)
Step.5
Take the baking sheet out of the oven and arrange the chicken on the hot sheet in a single layer. Drizzle a little olive oil over each piece.
Step.6
Bake in the preheated oven for 4 to 6 minutes. Wrap the chicken and continue to bake until the center is no longer pink and the breading is lightly browned, another 4 to 6 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted in the center should read at least 175 degrees F (74 degrees C)
