          Ingredients


        1.2 cup butter

        Salt and black pepper to taste

       1 (3 pound whole chicken giblest                         removed

       1 teblespoon onion powder Or to taste

       1 stalk celery leaves removed

 

    


            Directions


            Step.1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)


            Step.2

Place the chicken in a roasting pan || Season well with black pepper (salt and onion) powder (inside) and outside || Put (3) tablespoons of butter in the holes of the chicken || And apply a little butter on the outside of the chicken || Put 3 or 4 chopped pieces of celery in the holes of the chicken ||


            Step.3

Bake the chicken, uncovered, in the preheated oven until no longer pink at the bone. Juices run clear, about 1 hour and 10 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh near the bone should register 165 degrees F (75 degrees C).



             Step.4

Remove from oven and garnish with drippings || Cover with (aluminum) foil || and let rest for (28 to 30) minutes before serving ||
