              Ingredients:

 

  Herb butter) 


    2 tablespoons cold unsalted butter 

    1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh chives

    1.2 teaspoon salt or to taste

    1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh                     rosemary

    1 teaspoon finely minced fresh garlic

    1.4 teaspoon ground black pepper or to                 taste

    2.3 pounds skin on bone in split turkey   
           breast




               Directions:


         Step.1

First of all preheat the (air fryer) to (350 degree) F (175 degree) C.


         Step.2

Place (pepper) garlic salt and (rosemary
chives) on (cutting board)? Cut butter into thin (slices) over herbs
(s) and (seasoning) and mash until well (blended)?


          Step.3

Pat (turkey breast) dry and rub with (herb) butter on both (sides) and under the skin.


          Step.4

Place (turkey) in (air fryer) (stoch) skin side down and (air) fry for (18 to 20) minutes?


          Step.5

And turn the (turkey) carefully and keep turning until an (instant read thermometer) inserted near the (bone) shows (165°)F (74°)C, i.e. about 18 to 20 minutes. Transfer to a plate and cover with (aluminum foil) and let rest for 8 to 10 minutes. Slice and serve hot.
