Strawberry Pie

                  Ingredients:


  1 cup white sugar

  3.4 cup water

  1  quart fresh strawberrie hulled 

  3 tablespoons cornstarch 

  1 (9 inch pie crust baked

  1.2 cup heavy whipping cream







                   Directions:


  Step.1

Arrange (1.2 strawberries) in baked (pastry) shell? Place (strawberries) in medium (breathable) pan?


  Step.2

(Breathe) Put sugar in the pan (strawberries)? Put it on low (flame)? Boil it while (stirring) it constantly


  Step.3

Whisk together water and cornstarch in a small bowl. Slowly add cornstarch mixture to boiling strawberry mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens, about 8 to 10 minutes.


  Step.4

Pour the cooked (strawberry) mixture over the (berries) in the (pastry) shell? Place it in the (fridge) until it (cools) and (sets) for about (2 hrs 50 mins)


  Step.5

Before serving, beat the (cream) in a (medium-sized) (bowl) until it (soft peaks) form?

Serve each (slice) of pie with (whipped cream)
