               Ingredients:


   1.4 cup chopped toasted walnuts

   1.3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

   2 cloves garlic minced

   1.4 cup crumbled goat cheese 

   4 medium tomatoes

   1 cup cooked brown rice

   1.4 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs                 divided

   (Olive oil as needed) 

   2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil divided
       Or more to taste

   1 tablespoon olive oil




                 Directions:


     Step.1 

(Cut off) the top part of the (tomato)? And remove the (meal) pulp using a (melon) peeler? Leave the edges and bottom part (thickness) of (1.3 to 1.2 inches)? Remove the top part (pulp) of the (tomato)?


    Step.2

Apply (olive) oil to the bottom of the (air) (fryer basket)?


   Step.3

In a bowl add cooked (rice) goat cheese, 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, (walnuts) and (garlic) ? In a small bowl add 1 tablespoon olive oil and bread (crumbs) ? Fill (tomatoes) with (rice) mixture then sprinkle with (bread crumbs) mixture ? Place filled tomatoes in prepared (air fryer) (basket) ?


   Step.4

Cook at (370 degrees) F (188 degrees) C (air fryer) until (tomatoes) are soft? and (filling is) heated through? and (topping is) golden brown, about (13 to 15 minutes)? and garnish with remaining (basil)?
