Italian Sausage Peppers and Onions

                  Ingredients:


  4 cloves garlic minced

  1 medium yellow onion sliced 

  1 medium green bell pepper sliced 

  1 teaspoon dried oregano 

  2 tablespoons butter 

  1.2 medium red onion sliced 

  1 large red bell pepper sliced

  1 teaspoon dried basil

  6 (4 ounce links sweet italian sausage

  1.4 cup white wine or more to taste






                   Directions:


  Step.1

Cook (sausage) in a large (skillet) over (medium heat) until (brown) all over, about 6 to 7 minutes? Remove from (skillet) and (slice)


  Step.2

and melt the (butter) in the same (skillet)? add the (garlic) and onion, stir and cook for 3 minutes? and add the (capsicum)! 
and (1.4 cups wine) add the basil and (oregano)? cook and stir until the onion and (peppers) are (soft)? about 5 to 6 minutes?



  Step.3

(low heat) ? and put the (sausage) pieces back in the (pan) and (cover) and cook for 13 minutes or until the (sausage) is thoroughly (heated) ? add more (wine) if needed ?
