  2 teaspoons kosher salt Or to taste

  18 fresh okra pods sliced 1.3 inch thinck

  1 tablespoons olive oil

  2 teaspoons black pepper or to taste

 






                    Directions:


  Step.1

First of all preheat the (oven) to (425 degrees) F (220 degrees) C? And place the (aluminum) (foil) on a baking (sheet)


 Step.2

Arrange (okra) in a single layer on the prepared (baking) sheet? and drizzle with (olive) oil! Sprinkle with (pepper) salt and (kosher)


 Step.3

Roast the ladyfinger in a preheated oven until it turns slightly brown and soft, about 12 to 15 minutes.
