Ingredients:
1.4 cup salt
1.2 pounds fresh green beans
2 cups water
1 cloves garlic peeled
6 large sprigs dill
1.2 cups distilled white vinegar
3.4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
Directions:
Step.1
Check (six) 1.2 pint jars for (cracks) and (rust) spills? and throw away any (defective)? and then dip in (boiling) water? Wash new
unused (lids) and (caps) in hot (soapy) water?

While the jars are being (sterilized) mix the salt (water) and (vinegar) together in a large (breathing) pan? and add (garlic) and bring to a boil over (high heat)

(1.4 inch) cut green (beans) from (jar)

Take (the jars) out of the boiling (water)? Add (1.8 teaspoons red pepper flakes) and 1 (sprig dill) to each jar? and fill (the jar) from (top) to bottom with (green beans)

Leave (garlic) and boiling (brine water)?
Put it in (jar)? and fill (jar) up to (1.4 inches) from the top? (seal) it with lid and (ring)

Place a (wrap) in the (bottom) of a large (pot) and fill it halfway with (water)

And cook it till it (boils)? Place the jar (with the help of) a (holder) at a distance of (2 inches) in the boiling (water)

Add boiling
water to cover jars by (1 inch)? and let it (boil)? and cover and cook for at least (8 to 10 minutes)

Remove the jar from the (stockpot)? and let it (cool) to (room) temperature? and (check) the jar for a good (seal) by pressing on the (center) of the (lid) for 10 to 12 hours? It should not (shake)
Step.10
And before (eating) keep (green beans) in (cool) dark
(place) for (2 to 3 weeks) to ripen?
