                 Ingredients:


   1.2 cup milk

   1.2 cup bread crumbs

   4 large green tomatoes 

   1.4 teaspoon ground black pepper

   2 large eggs

   1 cup all purpose flour

   2 teaspoons coarse kosher salt

   1.2 cup cornmeal

   1 quart vegetable oil for frying





                  Directions:


   Step.1

Cut (tomato) into about (half) inch (thick) and remove its (head)?


   Step.2

Beat (milk) and (egg) in a bowl? And put flour on a plate? And on another plate add (cornmeal) (bread crumbs) pepper and salt? Dip tomatoes in flour and coat? Then dip tomatoes in (egg) and (milk) mixture? And dip in (breadcrumbs) to coat completely?


  Step.3

Heat oil in a heavy pan to (375 degrees) F (190 degrees) C. Add tomatoes to hot oil in batches of 3 or 4 so that they are not touching each other and fry on one side till crispy (golden) brown and then (flip) and fry on the other side.


  Step.4

Take out the fried (tomatoes) on a plate covered with (paper) (towel) and drain the (water) and repeat the same with the remaining (tomatoes)?
