                   Ingredients:


  1 red onion diced

  2 tomatillos diced

  1 teaspoon hot chili sauce such as sriracha
     optional 

  salt to taste

  1 bunch cilantro chopped 

  2 jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped           optional

  3 large fresh tomatoes diced 

  2 tablespoons lime juice

  1 teaspoon freshly ground cumin seed

  corn tortilla chips




     

                    Directions:


  Step.1

In a large (bowl) mix together hot (chili) sauce, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapenos, tomatillos and cumin. Add (salt) to taste.


  Step.2

Before serving, cover it and keep it in the (fridge) overnight so that the (flavors) can fully meld? And serve it with (tortilla chips)
