                  Ingredients:


  1 large white onion diced

  3.4 cup frozen corn kernels thwed 

  1 (15 ounce can chickpeas

  3 cubes chicken boullon

  1 tablespoon garlic powder 

  2 jalapeno peppers julienned

  1 zucchini thinly sliced 

  1.4 pounds fresh green beans trimmed                and snapped

  1 (15 ounce can white hominy

  8 whole chicken wings split 

  5 tablespoons tomato sauce 

  2 white tomatoes peeled and cubes

  1 yellow squash thinly sliced 
  
   3.4 cups water
