Pasta Salad with Dressing

                Ingredients:


 Pasta salad) 


  3.4 cup chupped green bell pepper

  1 medium red onion very thinly sliced             and  cut into (1 inch pieces

  6 ounces pepperoni sausage diced 

  1 small cucumber thinly sliced 

  1 (6 ounce can pitted black olives drained

  6 ounces provolone cheese cubed 

  3.4 cup chopped red bell pepper

  1.4 cup minced fresh parsley 

  1 (8 ounce package uncooked tri color               rotini pasta

  1.4 cup grated parmesan cheese

 Salad Dressing) 


  1.4 teaspoon salt 

  1 teaspoon dried oregano

  2 cloves garlic minced

  1.2 cup olive oil

  1 teaspoon ground mustard seed 

  1 teaspoon dried basil 

  1.4 cup red wine vinegar

  1.8 teaspoon ground black pepper




                   Directions:


  Step.1

Boil some (salted) water in a large vessel and put the roti in it and cook till it becomes soft but should be firm when cut (7 to 8 minutes). Drain the water and wash it in (cold) water and again drain it.


  Step.2

In a bowl add cooked (pasta) ? (red onion) bell pepper (cucumber) parsley (olives) (pepperoni provolone) cheese and (parmesan) cheese ?


   Step.3

For (dressing) Mix (olive) oil (pepper) salt
garlic (celery) basil (vinegar) and ground mustard in (jar) with (lid)? Close the jar? and (shake) until (well) combined?


  Step.4

Pour the (dressing) over the (pasta) salad? and (toss) until well (coated)? and (serve immediately) or cover and (chill) in the (fridge) for up to 7 hours if you prefer before serving
