Garlic Lemon Scallops

                 Ingredients:


  2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  3 tablespoons minced garlic

  1 teaspoon salt 

  3.4 cup butter

  2 pounds large sea scallops

  1.8 teaspoon pepper





                   Directions:


  Step.1

Melt the (butter) in a large (skillet) over (medium heat) ? Add the (garlic) and cook (for 1 minute) until it (smells) 


  Step.2

(Arrange) the (scallops) in a single layer in the pan? Cook until (golden brown) on one side, about (2 minutes)? and using (tongs), (turn) the (scallops)? Continue cooking for another 2 minutes or until they are (firm) and (opaque)? Remove the (scallops) to a plate? and leave the (butter) in the pan?


  Step.3

Mix (pepper) salt and (lemon juice) into (butter) and pour (slather) over (scallops) to serve.
