                Ingredients:


  1 cup milk 

  1 tablespoon baking powder

  1 egg

  1 lemon zested

  1.4 cups all purpose flour 

  1 teaspoon white sugar

  1.2 tablespoon butter melted and slightly
        Cooled 

  2 tablespoons oil or as needed

  1.2 teaspoon salt

  1 cup frozen blueberries or as needed               thawed




                  Directions:


    Step.1

(sift) the (baking powder) sugar, (flour) and (salt) together in a large (bowl)?


   Step.2

In a small (bowl) beat the (egg) and (milk) together? And beat into the (flour mixture) until (mixture) (consistent)? Add (lemon peel) and melted (butter) and mix?

    Step.3

Lightly (oil) heat (pan) over low and high heat? Pour (1.4 cups batter) into pan? Sprinkle some (blueberries) on top? Then spoon some (batter) over each? Cook until (bubbles) form and (edges dry) about 4 minutes
(flip) and cook until second side is browned about 3 minutes? And repeat with remaining (batter)?
