                Ingredients:


  1.3 cup packed brown sugar

  1.2 teaspoon grated lemon zest 

  2.3 cup fresh orange juice 

  1.2 teaspoon grated orange zest

  1.3 cup fresh lemon juice

  1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  3 bananas sliced

  1 cup seedless grapes

  2 cups cubed fresh pineapple 

  3 kivi fruit peeled and sliced 

  2 oranges peeled and sectioned

  2 cups strawberries hulled and sliced 

  2 cups blueberries




                  Directions:


   Step.1

For the sauce! Put (lemon juice) (orange juice) brown sugar (lemon peel) and orange peel in a saucepan (low heat) and bring to a boil over high heat (low heat) and cook until slightly (thickened) for about 4 to 5 minutes.


   Step.2

(Remove from flame)? Add (vanilla) and (extract) and mix? And (keep aside) to cool down?


   Step.3

For the (salad) place the fruits in this (order) in a large (glass) clean bowl? (blueberries) bananas oranges grapes (pineapple) (kiwi fruit) and (strawberries) Pour (cold breath) over the fruits? and cover and keep in (fridge) for (3 to 5 hours) before serving?
