Fresh Tomato Soup

                  Ingredients:


   4 cups chopped fresh tomatoes

  2 tablespoons butter 

  2 teaspoons white sugar Or to taste

  4 cloves garlic

  1 large slice of onion

  1 teaspoon salt Or to taste

  2 cups chicken broth

  2 tablespoons all purpose flour






                  Directions:


  Step.1

In a (stockpot) over (medium heat) add a large onion, (garlic cloves), (chicken broth) and tomatoes? Let it boil and cook on low (heat) for about (18 to 20 minutes) to combine (flavors)


   Step.2

Remove from (heat) and put (mixture) into (food mill) and place in a large (bowl) or (pan)? And throw away the (ingredients) that have formed in (food mill)


   Step.3

Mix the tomato mixture 
(slowly) to (prevent) the formation of (lumps)? And then mix the rest of the (mixture) into it?


   Step.4

Add salt (to taste) and sugar (to taste)


   Step.5
