                    Ingredients:


  25 cucumbers thinly sliced

  2 green bell peppers diced

  1.2 cup salt

  3 cups cider vinegar

  1 tablespoon ground turmeric

  6 onions thinly sliced 

  3 cloves garlic chopped

  5 cups white sugar

  2 tablespoons mustard seed 

  1.2 teaspoons celery seed

  1.2 teaspoon whole cloves 






                     Directions:


  Step.1

Mix green (capsicum) garlic salt (cucumber) and (onion) all together in a big (bowl)? And let it remain like this for about 2 hours and 50 minutes


  Step.2

In a large (sauté pan) mix (mustard seeds) (celery seeds) whole (cloves) sugar, cider and (vinegar) together and bring to a boil over high (flame)


  Step.3

Drain all the liquid from the mixture (of cucumbers) and add the cucumbers to the boiling (vinegar mixture). Take it off the flame a little before the mixture starts boiling.


  Step.4

Pour it into (sterile screw top) jars, (seal) and (chill) it in (refrigerator) until (serving)
