                  Ingredients:


  2 cups white sugar

  1.3 cup orange juice

  1.2 pounds fresh rhubarb chopped

  1.2 cup water

  2 teaspoons grated orange zest







                     Directions:


  Step.1

Combine the (rhubarb), sugar, (orange juice), (orange peel) and water in a (breathing pan) over (high heat), bring to a boil? Then reduce the (heat), and cook, stirring occasionally, until (thickened), about 42 to 45 minutes! The jam will continue to (thicken) as it cools.


  Step.2

Pour hot into (sterile jars)? (seal) with lids and (screws), keep open jars in (refrigerator)
