                    Ingredients:



  1 pound fresh green beans trimmed 

  1 tablespoon white sugar

  2 cloves garlic thinly sliced

  1 tablespoon oil peanut or sesame

  2 tablespoons oyster sauce

  2 teaspoons soy Sauce 







                    Directions:


  Step.1

Heat a wok or (pan) over (medium heat) and (high heat)? Add (garlic), stir and fry until (edges) turn brown (25 seconds)


  Step.2

And add the (green beans) to it, and cook, stirring, until they (are) soft, about (4 to 5 minutes)


  Step.3

Add (sugar), (soy sauce), and (oyster sauce) and stir?


   Step.4

Stir and cook until (beans) are (softened to) (desired level) 3 to 4 minutes ?


   Step.5
