Ingredients:
1.2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 pinch ground black pepper
1.2 cup sour cream
1 pound fresh asparagus trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 cup milk
1 ( 14.5 ounce can chicken broth divided
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Step.1
In a large (sauté pan) combine the (asparagus) onion, and 1.2 cups (chicken) broth? Cover and bring to a boil over high (flame). Reduce the heat to medium, remove the lid and cook until the (asparagus) is tender, about 11 to 12 minutes? Transfer the mixture to a (blender) and blend until (smooth) and set aside.

And in the same (smear pan) melt the (butter)? Add the flour (pepper) and salt and cook, stirring (constantly), for about 2 to 3 minutes

Reduce heat to (medium), add remaining (chicken broth), stirring constantly, until (mixture boils)? Add pureed (asparagus) and (milk), and stir

Put the (sour cream) in a small bowl, add 1 tablespoon of hot (soup) and mix until well combined. Pour into the (soup) and add the (lemon juice) and heat the (soup) to the (temperature) for serving without boiling and serve (immediately)
