                    Ingredients:


  1 (8 ounce package cream cheese cut into         pieces

  1 (.75 ounce packet dry brown gravy mix

  1 (8 ounce container sour cream

  1 (16 ounce package egg noodls 

  1 (6 ounce can chopped mushroom with            liquid

  1 pound lean ground beef

  2 (10.5 ounce cans condensed cream of              mushroom soup

  1.2 cup milk








                      Directions:

Bring a large (pot) of lightly salted water to a boil over high heat. Boil the egg (noodles) until they are soft but firm to the bite, 7 or 8 minutes. Drain the water.

and cook (ground beef) in a large (skillet) over high heat, stirring occasionally, until brown and (crumbly), 6 to 7 minutes? and drain water, skimming off grease? Add (mushrooms) and (gravy mix) with cream cheese liquid? Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until (cream) cheese (melts), 3 minutes? Add condensed soup (sour cream) and milk, and cook, stirring occasionally, until (smooth) and (sludgy), about 3 to 4 minutes

Strain the (egg) (noodles), and add to the (beef) mixture? and cook for 3 minutes, until it's (hot)
