Ground Turkey Teriyaki Stir Fry

                   Ingredients:


  1.4 cup sake

  1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

  1 teaspoon cornstarch

  1 pound ground turkey 

  2 cups frozen stir fry vegetables or more         to taste

  1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds or as               needed

  1.3 cup soy sauce

  3 cloves garlic minced 

  1.4 cup mirin

  2 tablespoons brown sugar

  2 teaspoons oil 

  1 small onion diced

  1 ya 1.2 cup cooked jasmine rice

  1.4 cup sliced green onion or as needed






                    Directions:


  Step.1

(brown sugar) ginger garlic (soy sauce) mirin sake and (cornstarch) mix all in a bowl ? and keep on a (side)


  Step.2

Put a (skillet) on (medium flame), add (oil)? and add ground (turkey) let it (brown) for about 3 or 4 minutes, and then break it up into pieces with a (spatula)? add (onion) and sauté (vegetables)? and cover and cook for 3 or 4 minutes


  Step.3

Remove the lid and add the (teriyaki sauce)? and cook, stirring, until the sauce (thickens), about 3 or 4 minutes? Spoon it over the (rice)? and sprinkle with (chopped green onion) and (sesame seeds)
