Baked Potato Soup

                   Ingredients:


  2.3 cup all purpose flour

  4 large baked potatoes peeled and cubed

  1.4 cup shredded cheddar cheese 

  1 teaspoon salt

  12 slices bacon

  7 cup milk

  4 green onions chopped

  1 cup sour cream

  2.3 cup butter

  1 teaspoon ground black pepper





  


                      Directions:


  Step.1

Place the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, at least 7 to 10 minutes. Pat the bacon pieces dry on paper towels and set aside.


  Step.2

And at the same time melt the (butter) in a (stockpot) or (Dutch oven) over medium heat? And slowly add the (flour), and beat until well combined? And slowly add the (milk), and beat constantly until smooth and (thick)


  Step.3

Add the onions and (potatoes), and let (it boil), stirring occasionally? Reduce (the heat), and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes?


  Step.4

and add (crumbled) (bacon) and cheddar cheese, (sour cream), pepper, and (salt)? and cook and stir until (cheese melts)
