1 turkey carcass
1 (28 ounce can whole peeled tomatoes chopped
4 large carrots diced
2 stalks celery diced
1.2 cup uncooked barley
1.2 teaspoons salt
1.4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1.4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
4 quarts water
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 pinch dried thyme
Directions:
Step.1
Place the (turkey) carcass in a large (soup pot), add (water) and bring it to a boil over (medium heat)? and reduce the (heat) to a simmer? and cook until the (meat) falls away from the bones, at least 50 to 60 minutes?

Take the (carcass) of the (turkey) out of the pot? and take out the rest of the (turkey meat), and chop it up: and throw the (carcass) away
