Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup

                    Ingredients:


  4 cups tomato juice

  1 cup heavy whipping cream

  4 medium ripe tomatoes peeled seeded             and diced

  1.2 cup butter

  14 leaves fresh basil

  salt and pepper to taste








                    Directions:


  Step.1

Place (juice) and (tomatoes) in (stockpot) over medium heat and cook over low heat until (tomatoes) are (soft), about 28 to 30 minutes.


  Step.2

Take the vessel off the (flame)? And (put the (tulsi) leaf in the fast?

Puree the soup using an immersion blender until it is smooth.

and add (butter) and (heavy cream) and stir: and cook over (medium heat), stirring, until (butter melts), about 4 to 5 minutes? and do not boil! Add (pepper) and salt, to taste?
