                  Ingredients:


   2 teaspoons red curry pasta

  4 cups chicken broth

  1 tablespoon light brown sugar 

  1.2 pound fresh shiitake mushrooms sliced

  2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  1 tablespoon vegetable oil 

  1 stalk lemon grass minced 

  2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger

  salt to taste

  3 tablespoons fish sauce

  3 (13.5 ounce cans coconut milk

  1 pound medium shrimp peeled and                deveined

  1.4 cup chopped fresh cilantro





  

  



                   Directions:


  Step.1

Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the lemongrass, ginger, and curry paste and cook in the hot oil for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.


  Step.2

And slowly add the (chicken broth): and then add the brown sugar, and (fish broth)! Turn the heat down to (low), and cook for about 13 to 15 minutes?


  Step.3

And add the (shrimp), cook for about 4 or 5 minutes, and until it is (transparent)? Add the (lemon) juice! Season with salt, and garnish with (coriander)? And serve immediately
