                    Ingredients:


  1 cup heavy whipping cream

  1 teaspoon lemon zest

  4 tablespoons butter 

  1 cup beef broth

  1 teaspoon grated lime zest

  2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  10 ounces uncooked pasta








                     Directions:


  Step.1

Put the (butter), cream and (broth) in a large (sauté pan) or (saucepan) on medium flame and let it boil, then cook till it reduces to about (half)? Add (lemon juice) and (peel) of the lemon? and keep (sauce) aside.


  Step.2

Bring some (salted water) to a boil in a large (pot), add (pasta) and cook until it is soft (but firm) to the bite, about 7 to 9 minutes, and drain (water)


  Step.3

Put (pasta) in (sigh), and (toss) until well (coated)
