Pan Seared Cod With Lemon Aioli

                   Ingredients:


  1.2 teaspoon lemon zest

  1 teaspoon finely grated garlic

  2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  Salt and freshly ground black pepper to        taste

  1 teaspoon lemon juice or more to taste

  1 teaspoon milk or more as needed

 Cod) 


  1 tablespoon unsalted butter

  4 (6 ounce cod filets

  1 tablespoon olive oil

  1 teaspoon italian seasoning




  

                    Directions:


  Step.1

For the (lemon aioli) mix together mayonnaise, (lemon juice), lemon zest and grated (garlic) in a small (bowl) ? 
Add (pepper) and salt to taste, and (thin out) by adding milk,



  Step.2

  For the (fish), pat the (fish) dry with (paper) towels? and heat the olive (oil) and (butter) in a (skillet) over (medium heat)? Sprinkle Italian seasoning (pepper) and salt on both sides of the chicken?


  Step.3

Add (cod) to hot (pan) and cook (until) it's (golden brown) on both sides and (breaks) the (fish) shreds easily with a fork, about 3 or 4 minutes on each side? Add to (serving plate) and serve immediately with (lemon, aioli)
